Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Hotel Operations Manager for our 5* hotel to lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences at the charming hotel. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating memorable stays for our guests.


Responsibilities:

 
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, reservations, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
  • Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the property.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability, including sales and marketing initiatives and cost control measures.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, responding promptly to inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competition, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement to stay ahead in the market.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with the owners to develop and execute the hotel's overall vision, goals, and strategic plan.


 

Job Requirements:


 

  • Proven experience of 4 years in hotel management or a similar role, preferably in a boutique or small hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front office procedures, housekeeping standards, and food and beverage management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
