Job Description:
- Moderate the comments and messages
- Answer customer inquiries related to the company.
- Replying to direct messages and comments on social media platforms.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information
- Follow up and coordinate the customer journey to ensure the results
- Keep records of calls and customers data and note useful information
Job Requirements:
- Arabic/ English Typing Speed skills.
- Very good English writing and reading skills
- Previous experience in using all social media channels.
- Previous experience in the same job
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
