Develops best teaching practices by collaborating with teachers and paraprofessionals & using the guidelines of the Early Years Foundation Stage & the Leader in Me, choosing textbooks and classroom materials.
Organize and implement a system for the evaluation and selection of equipment and instructional materials that are designed to meet the Curriculum Content Stands.
Directly manage, mentor and work alongside a team of center managers & education coordinators.
Collect and analyze data regarding the performance and experiences of all children and other relevant information affecting the design and implementation of services and programs, using the information to recommend new programs and modifications in existing programs.
Provide and coordinate services to staff to assist them with children who experience difficulty in learning. Coordinate preschool resources for children who need specialized assistance, including the services of the guidance counsellor, social worker, nurse, psychologist and/or learning disabilities consultant.
Ensures that effective and appropriate educational programs are delivered to all students in all centers.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in the education field
Minimum Experience: 3 years in a similar field
Job Specific Skills: teaching fundamentals, classroom management & behaviour modification.
Generic Skills: Strong command of English Language
