Our Client is Group of Companies in UAE, they are seeking qualified and experienced Customer Service Executive for the company headquarter.


Job Discription:


Customer Service Specialist (Part Time – Full time) for an Import Export Company:
 

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of all products, solutions and competitive products.
  • Schedule and upsell products and solutions
  • Drive additional online sales and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Showcasing new products and features including conducting product demos
  • Utilizing and driving the adoption of all required processes, tools and systems including the CRM system
  • Perform quote follow-ups
  • Complying with sales policies and procedures
 

Qualifications:
 

  • 100% Fluency in English is a Must.
  • Knowledge and proficiency with technology tools such as CRM, and Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate over the phone.
  • Solid understanding of solution selling
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
  • Self-management with autonomy to succeed and achieve goals.
  • Dynamic, fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
  • Exposure to diverse resources, industries, and fields
