Job Summary

An Admin Coordinator is needed to be responsible for all clerical work, including the databases & the archiving system. Answers calls, takes messages, handles correspondence. Documents expenses and generates reports, as well as handling daily administration works.


Requirements:
 

  • BA degree in Administration, Arts, or equivalents. 
  • Very good user of MS Office. 
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in the same field. 
  • High time management and organization skills.
  • High communication skills.
  • Punctual and disciplined.
