Responsible for all Catering Store stock operations including receiving & delivering of stock, distribution of products, inventory & warehouse transaction documents and maintaining records.
1- Organize the store to meet demands, maintaining quick response replenishment process in order to improve efficiency of delivering and product availability in the store.
2- Record all the daily transactions for incoming and outgoing operation orders using the warehouse records keeping systems to keep all the data and information updated.
3- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase
Orders and processes, distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports ,
And documents to all branches on orders received.
4- Record all the data in the brand card such as: date of receipt, required quantity, quantity allocated and branch required to ensure conformity with the orders.
5- Prepare the necessary stock reports to make sure an effective response is taken
to requests, quantities, orders and distribution of products in order to maintain the
6- Follow up the implementation of all the safety, security and fire systems according to UAE safety requirements, ATAYA retail SOP and maintain its effectiveness through monthly audit.
7- Applying the modern methods of storing, guide the warehouse helpers in order to prepare the loading and unloading operations of the stock
Qualification & Competencies:
Education : Relevant Diploma.
Experience : At least 4 years of experience in warehousing environment
and storage Catering operations.
1-Strong follow up and organizational skills.
2-English and Local language communication & report writing skills
4-Physically fit and possess energy to handle daily work pressures.
5-Ability to perform general storekeeping and warehouse duties;
maintain accurate manual and computer records..etc
