- See and answer technical support tickets received from customers, or direct them to the relevant department.

- B.A. in Accounting from a state university
- Minimum work experience of two to a maximum of 5 years as an accountant
- Knowledge of ERP programs or one of the accounting programs and work on them for a minimum of two years. Good, if any.
- Passing technical interview
- The ability to focus and understand quickly.
- Has a good knowledge of using Excel and Office programs.
- The ability to communicate in English in a clear and effective way, including reporting.
- The ability to take responsibility.
