Our Client a 4* hotel is looking for Head Chef.
- Cross Trained between FOH & BOH duties, paid monthly Plus quarterly bonus.
- 5 working days per week, full responsibility of the truck.
- Weekly forecasted sales, weekly rota, weekly stock count, weekly team meeting.
- Operate within COG, Labour and any other expense budgets.
- Forecast, budget and actual figures analysis, together with till reports, identify gaps, think how to fill it? Think outside the box!
- Take ownership of the truck and ensure the smooth running of operation at any time.
- Ensure safety standards are met and maintained while food is being cooked.
- Complaint handler, great attitude, genuine smile, great with customers.
- Amazing brand ambassador.
- Hands on, fast, team Player, work focused & excellent on following company directions.
