Our Client in the prininting industry field is looking for Office Manager.
- Essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis
Responsibilities typically include:
- Organizing meetings and managing databases.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
Arabic Nationality is a plus.
