Job Summary


Our Client a Logistics Group specialized in a set of highly advanced and professional range of logistics services. 



Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
 
  • Attending meetings with senior management
 
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries
 
  • Managing the daily operations and assisting the GM.
 
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
 
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
 
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
 
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.
 
  • Managing & follow up all tasks related to various departments (Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR ... Etc.).
 
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
 
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
 
  • Arranging & presenting meetings on behalf of the chairman, taking minutes, and following up on recommendations.
 
  • Managing Events and instructional courses related to our customers and surgeons by creating annual events agenda with its budget.


Requirements:

 
  • Females only

  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
 
  • Integrity and confidentiality
 
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
