Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant to play the following roles...
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Prepare reports and presentations required for business scope.
- Handle Social Media posts.
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role from 1 to 3 years.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel – Word – PowerPoint – Outlook).
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written business communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent in English.
- High Certificate Graduation.
