Job Summary

Our client is looking for a CEO Personal Assistant to play the following roles... 
 

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing CEO’s calendar and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Organizing events and conferences calendar.
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Tracing and following up on the pending tasks.
  • Checking in with the developers on a weekly basis.
  • Arranging social evening for the developers.
  • Customer Service.
  • Lead Generation.
  • HR Administration.
  • Recruitment.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Review and assess candidates CVs according to job and project requirements.
  • Conduct phone Screening of filtered candidates.
  • Schedule technical interviews between candidates and department managers.
  • Conduct offer negotiation for selected candidates.
 

Requirements:

 

  • Communication skills
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Presentable
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Females only
  • Highly accurate and thorough in all tasks.
  • Hard worker.
