Our client is looking for a CEO Personal Assistant to play the following roles...
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing CEO’s calendar and organizing meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences calendar.
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Tracing and following up on the pending tasks.
- Checking in with the developers on a weekly basis.
- Arranging social evening for the developers.
- Customer Service.
- Lead Generation.
- HR Administration.
- Recruitment.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Review and assess candidates CVs according to job and project requirements.
- Conduct phone Screening of filtered candidates.
- Schedule technical interviews between candidates and department managers.
- Conduct offer negotiation for selected candidates.
Requirements:
- Communication skills
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Presentable
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor Degree
- Females only
- Highly accurate and thorough in all tasks.
