Our Client one of the leading Catering Companies based in Al Khobar - Saudi Arabia is looking for Personal Assistant & Admin Office Male or Female. ( Lebanese Nationality Only ) as per client's request.
- Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their manager’s attention.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines, managing databases and filing systems
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, liaising with staff, suppliers and clients collating and filing expenses.
- Completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and English language.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
