Job Summary
Our Client is a Real Estate Developer company that develops new mixed-use projects in the UAE & GCC market in a highly prime locations.
Job Description:
- Determine the design goals and requirements.
- Materials selection.
- Creating mood board that includes design and material selection.
- find and manage vendors and request pricing from suppliers.
- Provide recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues.
- Liaise with fellow architects, project managers, engineers, and surveyors.
Job Requirements
- Experience in landscape design: 10 years.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proficiency in Photoshop.
- Proficiency in 3D Max.
- Good experience in major and at least medium projects, especially high-end residential projects
- To be fully familiar with all types of soft and hard scape in terms of technical, structure and beauty.
