Job Description:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for players of all ages and skill levels, including group and individual lessons, drills, and match play.

• Organize and run tennis clinics, camps, and tournaments, ensuring that they are well-structured and effective in developing players' skills and love for the game.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the tennis program, including court scheduling, equipment management, and communication with players and parents.

• Recruit and retain players for the tennis program, including outreach to local schools, clubs, and communities.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with players, parents, and staff.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in tennis coaching, attending conferences, workshops, and seminars as needed.

• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including proper use and maintenance of equipment and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in physical education, sports science, or related field preferred.

• Certification as a tennis coach by a recognized governing body, such as the United States Tennis Association (USTA).

• At least 3 years of experience coaching tennis, with a proven track record of success in developing players of all ages and skill levels.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with players, parents, and staff.

• High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Strong knowledge of tennis equipment, training methods, and safety protocols.

• Passion for tennis and commitment to excellence in coaching.
