Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement cutting-edge food safety protocols and standards, including HACCP, to ensure unwavering compliance with food safety regulations.
- Be the food safety by conducting regular inspections of our club's F&B operations to guarantee impeccable handling and storage of all culinary delights.
- Rise to the occasion when food-related incidents occur, conduct thorough investigations to pinpoint the cause, and lead the charge in implementing corrective actions.
- Tackle food waste head-on by spearheading a dynamic food waste management program.
- Team up with the QHSE Manager and other stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement in food safety management.
- Stay ahead of the game by staying current with changes in food safety regulations and ensuring our club's F&B operations are always in compliance.
- Play a vital role in implementing safety initiatives that keep our patrons and staff safe.
- Chronicle food safety incidents with precision in our comprehensive incident reports.
- Share the results of your meticulous food safety inspections in clear and concise inspection reports.
- Ensure our club is always in line with food safety regulations through meticulous compliance reports.
Job Requirements:
- Education and experience: A Bachelor's degree in science, microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
- Holding HACCP Certification or an Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate is a definite plus.
- Skills and knowledge: Command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a Solid grasp of food safety regulations, data analysis, and risk assessment.
