Job Description:
- Lead the development and execution of a hiring strategy that promotes diversity and gender equality within our teams.
- Ensure the company's staffing needs are met with a long-term talent strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to provide a positive experience for all applicants.
- Collaborate with Retail & Services Leaders to identify staffing needs in various areas and departments.
- Work with managers and team members to determine candidate selection criteria.
- Utilize online channels, such as LinkedIn and professional networks, to identify and attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments, and face-to-face interviews.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong and diverse candidate pipeline.
- Design comprehensive job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect the requirements for each position.
- Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of all hiring materials, including interview notes and related paperwork, to generate reports for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the people team to ensure new hires receive an excellent onboarding experience.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in sports administrative - Also Freshers can apply
- High Customer orientation
- Computer skills mainly Excel and word
