Job Description: Calculate payrolls, including standard deductions and taxes and/or prepare payroll data for machine processing, often against tight deadlines. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Two years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role. Oracle Experience is a must. Taxes knowledge is a must ) Taxes portal / Taxes monthly submission / Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices. Proficient in the use of payroll software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Utilize the designated tax portal to electronically upload and submit all necessary official tax forms, adhering to strict deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Determine time worked from time sheets and verifies proper authorizations.
Post payroll data on payroll sheets or terminals, showing all necessary information (e.g., names, working days, time, rate, deductions, etc.).
Answer routine payroll questions or collect factual data so that others can supply answers.
Assist more experienced personnel in calculation of special payments or preparation of reports.
