Job Summary
Our Client is a Canadian campus hosting top Canadian universities with futuristic programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for assigned regions or student demographics.
- Conduct research to identify potential student populations and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Attend college and career fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events to promote the University and its programs.
- Deliver engaging presentations to prospective students and their families on academic programs, admissions requirements, and scholarships.
- Manage and respond to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and guidance counsellors regarding admissions, programs, and campus life.
- Maintain and build positive relationships with high school counsellors, community partners, and other educational professionals.
- Assist with the development of recruitment materials, including brochures, presentations.
- Track and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the overall recruitment goals and objectives of the University.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in student recruitment or a similar field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
