Job Description:
Preparation comparisons to sub-contractors and suppliers (technical + finance) and analysis of prices, select the category that will be included in the tender
- Review the tender documents to be sent to agreed sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Review the tender documents to be sent to agreed sub-contractors and suppliers.
- All Supply Chain Function disciplines, including procurement, subcontracts, expediting, quality control/inspection and materials management and logistics.
- Liaise with other project functions including engineering to ensure all project components are resolved to meet Required On site dates.
- Shall be responsible for preparing designs of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems.
- Shall be responsible for preparing shop drawings of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing systems.
- Coordinating with other discipline works and producing composite shop drawings.
- Shall be responsible for creating and developing refrigeration and heating.
- Systems for residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform AC load estimation calculations and ventilation calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.
- Preparing Material Submittals.
- Preparing Purchasing Orders.
- Preparing sales Orders.
- Preparing As-Built Drawings.
- Preparing Invoices.
- Planning and organizing.
Job Requirements:
- BS of mechanical engineering
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- High level of accuracy
