Job Summary


Our client is a major player in the automotive market, specializing in branded batteries and accessories. They are also one of the largest distributors of tires and accessories in the UAE.
 

Job Description:
 

  • Responsible and accountable for supervising a team of up to eight salesmen, ensuring the correct service levels, distribution and display of the products to an agreed customer base.
  • Responsible and accountable for ordering the correct volume and mix of product to service the outlets under his supervision to the agreed company standards.
  • Responsible and accountable for wastage control for all routes and outlets under his supervision.
  • Responsible and accountable for the implementation and management of company strategies and plans in the area under his supervision.
  • Responsible and accountable for the leadership, training and coaching of personnel under his direct supervision.
  • Review daily the service levels and sales volume and wastage performance by route with each salesman in his team. This should be measured against the salesman’s agreed route plan.
  • Responsible to ensure the correct visibility and display of products in all outlets is as per the company agreed standards.

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Effectively and creatively utilizes all resources (systems, people) to manage daily operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of Food & Beverage experience a must.
  • Must have flexible availability as per business need.
  • Speak English are desirable.
  • A good leader, ability to motivate his team to achieve their targets. Candidate.
  • Customer Focus (Service to sales concept).
  • Developing and Supporting the Team (Actively improves others’ skills, cooperate effectively, diplomatic conflict handler).
  • Integrity (Mutual trust, consistent with company ethics and values).
  • Manage front-line performers.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Results driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames).
