Job Description:
 

• Responsible to get best rates from shipping lines.
• take the booking confirmation from the sales
• book with the shipping line
• secure the space on the target vessel
• follow up the loading and sailing
• follow up the trucking and customs
• Submit the VGM and final
• Confirm the BL with the customer.
• follow up with the accounting the payment and collection of the invoices.

Job Requirements:

•⁠  ⁠Bachelor Degree.

•⁠  ⁠Experience 5 years or more at same Position in a freight forwarding company.

•⁠  ⁠Very good in English.

•⁠  ⁠Excellent Command of Microsoft Office Word & Excel.

•⁠  ⁠Very Good Communication Skills.
