Our client in the field of logistics and supply chain is looking for a field sales executive.
Job Description:
- Generate Sales Leads: Identify and establish contact with potential customers through various methods such as door-to-door sales, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management using financial and statistical data.
- Training: Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Job Requirements:
- Presentable person with Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with +2-3 years sales experience, preferably in courier/ freight sectors.
- Good with English language and demonstrations.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
