Job Description:
- Support the CRM Manager in the planning, creation, delivery and development of CRM activity.
- Handling all the aftersales cases & Inquiries including Clients Modifications requests (Meetings, Payment Arrangement).
- Site Visits.
- Resale
- Project Update.
- Contract Issues.
- Cheque withdrawal requests.
- Payment Rescheduling requests.
- Termination requests.
- Update the feedback on CRM System
Job Requirements:
- University degree –Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any relevant field or information technology.
- 2 years’ experience in CRM.
- Previous CRM experience with real-estate field is a MUST
