Job Description:
 

• Quality Control & Testing: Develop and execute detailed quality control tests on raw pulses and finished products to ensure industry standards and regulations compliance.

• Defect Identification & Resolution: Identify, document, and work with production teams to address quality issues or non-compliance, ensuring that products meet customer and regulatory expectations.

• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve quality assurance processes to optimize production efficiency, minimize waste, and maintain product consistency.

• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, including documentation, reporting, and audit preparation.

Job Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's Degree Faculty of Agriculture
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Food manufacturing work experience 
• ISO 22000 – Certified
• HACCP – Certified
• NFSA Project involvement
