Job Description:

Main Job Duties:
 

• Develops Analysis for all production Data, generates results and primary conclusions to be presented to Plant Manager and Production Manager.
• Develops production daily report to monitor the production, trials, Waste to control all kinds of materials and all times for breakdown.
• Creates Production Daily Reports and Breakdown times to be send to Plant Manager, Production Manager and Logistics Department.
• Gathers all Reports from the production line on daily basis to monitor all process on the production line and participates in solving any pending issues with other departments or same department.
• Implements Purchase Requests on the SAP and follows it, while monitoring all stocks on SAP and preparation rooms.
• Participates in creating MOH/Capex Budget report.
• Issues monthly requirements for the production department, and all raw materials reservations from warehouse.
• Creating WIP ( Work in Progress ) and Actual Consumption Monthly Report to Finance Department.
• Performs periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances.
• Develops various Reports such as : (KPIs report, presentation, Material Usage Variance, Weights report, Plan Modifications When required & export reports when required) on daily basis.

Job Requirements:

• Education: BSc of commerce or other related areas.
• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar field / ERP familiarity is a must.
• Languages: Very good in English language (Speaking, reading, and writing).
• Computer Skills:
• Very good in using MS Office, ERP User.
