Job Summary


Our client in the Printing Industry is looking for Receptionist Cum Administrator



Responsibilities:



 Making Daily and Monthly Sales Report.


 Prepare quotation and Performa invoices to the new customer.


 Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.


 Process equipment orders and arrange the delivery and installation of the equipment.


 Supporting service department for installation and logging machine service calls.


 Responding promptly to customer’s inquiries, needs & concerns.

 Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.


 Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner. Clearly determine the purpose of the call. Forward calls to appropriate person.


 Invoicing all customers as per their requirements.


 Collate all daily/weekly orders from customers.


 File documents accurately. Maintain all files including delivery notes.


 Monitor, control and order office supplies.


 Photocopy, fax and collate documents when needed.
