Delivering the Company Training Programmes based on the Organisation and the Individual needs;

• Developing and Organizing Training Manuals, multimedia visual materials, and other educational materials;
• Managing the Delivery of Training and Development programmes;
• Monitoring and Reviewing the Progress of Trainees through questionnaires;
• Evaluating Training and Development Programmes;
• Amending and Revising Programmes as necessary;
• Considering the Costs of Planned Programmes and keeping within budget.
• Schedule the training sessions, booking and notifying all relevant parties;
• Ensure all training rooms/ venues, equipment, catering arrangements, and other requirements are booked up or cancelled in advance;
• Printing training support materials/hand-outs for training programs, and assisting with the creation or formatting of these where relevant;
• Assisting in training course set up / clear up before and/or after a training event;
• Send out course evaluation following training programs and compile/communicate feedback to the HR department;
• Send out appropriate pre-course information to delegates/managers in advance of training courses;
• Recording all staff’s training attendance;
• Keep updated files and archive of all training materials, presentations and supporting materials up to date;
• Plan and ensure compliance with the training schedule throughout the year;
• Evaluate and write individual reports at the end of each training;
• Provide general admin assistance and support to the department;
• Understand, comply with and promote all organizational policies and procedures;
