Job Description:
- Ensures all assigned claims are promptly and properly documented, reserved, and processed.
- Communicate with insurance companies on claim-specific requests for information and potential coverage issues.
- Go step by step with the clients while filling their claim form and collecting required documents while answering all claim status and payment questions.
- Reports claims to insurance companies at the proper time.
- Maintains accurate records.
- Maintain an informational reporting structure and generate periodical reports.
- Meets the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining open and trusting working relationships with insureds.
- Whatever is needed in daily operations.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as an operations specialist.
- Intermediate English Level.
- Excellent Using Microsoft Office.
- Can work in a team as well as working individually.
