Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Unit Readiness Management:
    • Ensure meticulous preparation of housing units before check-in.
    • Conduct thorough inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
 
  • Check-out and Vacancy Procedures:
    • Implement and oversee procedures for checked-out or vacant units.
    • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, laundry, and readiness for incoming occupants.
 
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise teams during each shift, ensuring optimum staffing levels.
    • Enforce grooming and hygiene standards among personnel.
 
  • Operational Facilitation:
    • Streamline and optimize operational processes for efficient service delivery.
    • Address challenges promptly to maintain a smooth workflow.
 
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of unit statuses and maintenance activities. 
    • Generate comprehensive reports on housing operations as required.

 

Job Requirements:

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:


 

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years in 5-star Hotels, Resorts, Hospitality Services, or equivalent.
    • Proven track record in housing management, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices.
 
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
 
  • Communication:
    • Fluent in English with excellent speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
 
  • Problem Solving:
    • Proficient in identifying and resolving operational challenges promptly.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
 
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with housing systems, maintenance protocols, and quality control measures.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housing services.
 
  • Customer Focus:
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
    • Ability to address customer concerns and feedback in a professional manner.
