Key Responsibilities:
- Unit Readiness Management:
- Ensure meticulous preparation of housing units before check-in.
- Conduct thorough inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
- Check-out and Vacancy Procedures:
- Implement and oversee procedures for checked-out or vacant units.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, laundry, and readiness for incoming occupants.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise teams during each shift, ensuring optimum staffing levels.
- Enforce grooming and hygiene standards among personnel.
- Operational Facilitation:
- Streamline and optimize operational processes for efficient service delivery.
- Address challenges promptly to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of unit statuses and maintenance activities.
- Generate comprehensive reports on housing operations as required.
Job Requirements:
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in 5-star Hotels, Resorts, Hospitality Services, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in housing management, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices.
- Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Communication:
- Fluent in English with excellent speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
