Job Description:

 

• Receiving client calls and messages
• Scheduling customer meeting appointments
• Meeting with clients and handling their event details
• Documenting client meetings and event menus
• Creating BEO and communicating event needs to all concerned departments
• Following up with the clients and event feedback
• Memorizing catering menus and packages
• Handling customer and event's details
• The ability to handle any customer complaints or needs
• Preparing event menus with all the details needed to complete the event

Job Requirements:

• Experience in hotel events and catering sales or F&B is required
• Excellent English pronunciation
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software)
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Presentable with a pleasant personality
