Job Description:
 

Bakers for Food Industries | Exception Patissier is looking for:

Production Manager: 
 

With experience in the Food & Beverage specially in Pastry industry to provide support to Senior Management with the following responsibilities:
 

  • Meet the Production Plan yearly, monthly, weekly and daily coordinating with all the involved parties.
  • Meet critical company goals , focus on proactive improvement of processes.
  • Lead problem solving and root cause analysis of value stream related customer feedback complaints. Ensure solutions preventing further issues
  • Continually monitor capacity using data models and quickly design required changes related to growth
  • Lead proactive activities within value chain to develop a culture of safety and quality first.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and team members to ensure superior product is delivered. Foster strong relationships with other departments
  • Develop organization and team capable of ensuring on time customer deliveries.
  • Coach, mentor and train direct reports and all employees to manage their teams for acceptable levels of safety, quality, delivery and productivity
  • Lead the Waste process for the factory ensuring up to date metrics and effective monitoring of corrective actions for variances. Monitor hour by hour production and escalate issues found to factory manager with remedy

 

Job Requirements:


 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management,
  • MBA Holder is Preferable.
  • Experience in FMCG and Bakery & Pastry is preferable
  • +10 years of progressive management/ leadership experience with experience leading teams
  • Proven track record of being a Production Manager
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to develop a team of problem solvers
  • Ability to manage projects and work under tight timelines and meet deadlines. Ability to multitask is a must
  • Ability to manage, collaborate with, and inspire a wide range of people
  • Expert analytical skills
  • Ability to identify route causes and implement corrective actions
