Job Description:
The main duties for the Electrical BIM lead :
Package review:
- to provide estimate time for the Project.
- Provide E1 Log for Electrical systems sheets.
- Check the information provided and list the missing information and technical queries.
Project execution:
- Prepare the project templates/ Central files.
- Work distribution and supervise the engineering works.
- Communicate with other stake holder , Draft technical queries.
- Provide support software /technical to other Engineers.
- Manage the team production and assure to meet the deadlines.
- review the output and apply QA/QC required.
- Clash test and coordination internally and with other disciplines.
- Preform Design tasks.
After Project:
-Prepare Project summary showing the challenges and issues to be considered in future project.
Job Requirements:
- Proven working experience in Electrical engineering (Power-Low current )
- Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering.
- Excellent user For 3D engineering design and Shop drawings tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
- leadership skills to lead the Electrical team and drive the coordination process.
- Strong knowledge of BIM terminology , Procedures and codes.
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
- Technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of international Codes such as NEC
- BSc degree in Engineering
- Dynamo , 4D/ 5D knowledge is a bonus.
- Knowledge of ACC workflows and Docs management.
- KSA- UAE projects Experience is a plus
