Job Description:
 

• Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ,
• Prepare all required shop drawings, calculations and achieve required approvals.
• Prepare all required calculations and achieve required approvals.
• Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or procured.
• Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices.
• Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
• Prepare periodical reports such as Quantity Executed.

Job Requirements:

 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent Command of Arabic & English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and AutoCAD.
• Revit is a  must
