Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

 

• Review Procedures, direct material and other indirect materials related to structural steel works.
• Review of shop drawings & fabrication drawings.
• Ensure that all works done are in accordance with the approved drawings, project specification and local & international standards & codes.
• Coordination with Site team for the various inspections and testing’s.
• Conduct audits on all subcontractors for activities related by installations on site.
• Raise nonconformance’s and observation reports.
• Create and monitoring quality system and quality Manual.
• Ensure that all activities are performed in accordance to Project quality plan & inspection test plan.
• Ensure preparation of welding Procedure Specification/procedure, qualification record and quality Procedures
• Monitor the corrective / preventive action progress and verifies the effective implementation of any required action.

Job Requirements:

Education: Any related bachelor’s degree. 

Experience: 3 to 5 Years of experience Quality – Structural; Steel background is a MUST; Preferably has experience in industrial projects.

Languages: Good command of English language (speaking, reading and writing).

Other: Lean manufacturing and ISO.

Computer Skills:

• Understanding CAD / CAM programs.
• Experience in project management.
• Familiar with ERP software Odoo.
• Deal with design.
• MS Office Skills Intermediate.
