Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Hotel Operations Manager for our 5* hotel to lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences at the charming hotel. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating memorable stays for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, reservations, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
- Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the property.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability, including sales and marketing initiatives and cost control measures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, responding promptly to inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and competition, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement to stay ahead in the market.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with the owners to develop and execute the hotel's overall vision, goals, and strategic plan.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience of 4 years in hotel management or a similar role, preferably in a boutique or small hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations, including front office procedures, housekeeping standards, and food and beverage management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
