Performs routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper/electronic files and other ad hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
• Ensures incoming documents and faxes are scanned & distributed to related team members.
• Prepares correspondences and ensures that the documents to be delivered to external parties are right on schedule.
• Oversees and maintains accuracy in every aspect of document controlling.
• Sorts mails and documents as per required by HOD and other team members.
• Any other ah-hoc administrative duties that may be assign from time to time.
1)Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
2)At least 1-2 years’ of relevant work experience in KSA.
3)Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Powerpoint.
