Job Description

The Reservation Specialist plays a crucial role in the hospitality department by handling reservation requests and ensuring efficient and accurate booking processes.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation.

The Reservation Specialist interacts with guests, travel agents, and other team members to facilitate seamless reservations and provide outstanding service.


 

Job Requirements:


 

• Bachelor degree , hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a reservation or customer service role within the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic is a plus  (additional languages may be advantageous).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve guest concerns or complaints with tact and diplomacy.
