Job Summary

Our Client a bakery was founded in 2011. Exception started with one branch, and today they operate 20 branches all over UAE.

Preferable experience in the Food & Beverage specially in Pastry industry to provide support to Human Resources team with the following responsibilities:


  • Oversee Operations:
    • Manage all areas of the branch, making final decisions on important matters.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Develop and implement creative strategies to increase productivity and sales.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Train, supervise, and evaluate performance of branch staff, including bakers and cake ,oriental sweets , healthy products ….etc, and decorators.
  • Customer Service:
    • Set sales goals, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Monitor sales metrics and report progress to senior management.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Address customer complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Menu Planning and Display:
    • Plan and implement bakery menus, ensuring a variety of bakery items.
    • Manage bakery displays to attract customers
  • Budgeting and Cost Control:
    • Create and maintain budget plans, managing cost controls.
  • Collaboration and Goal Setting:
    • Work with management to set branch goals and initiatives.


Job Requirements:


  • Experience:
    • Age: Candidates should be under 35 years old
    • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in food retail in GCC .
    • Proven experience in Branch Manager within the food industry, preferably in bakery and pastry products.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Familiarity with bakery operations, baking techniques, cake ,oriental sweets , healthy products, and food safety regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software
  • Analytical Thinking:
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain management or a related field.
    • English proficiency is at an acceptable level in speaking, writing, and reading.
