Job Description: -Identify and negotiate contracts with hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers. Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

-Evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform contract negotiations.
-Optimize inventory allocation to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure preferential treatment and access to exclusive deals.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align contracting strategies with business objectives.
-Monitor contract performance and proactively address any issues or opportunities for improvement.
-Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
-Proven track record of success in contracting or procurement within the travel industry.
-Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Flexibility to travel as needed.
