Job Summary
Our Client a construction company based in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description:
- Design, develop, and implement architectural drawings and specifications.
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Work with architects and engineers to conceptualize, design, and develop residential and commercial projects.
- Produce complete and accurate drawings, including layouts, plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
- Participate in resolving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, other problems that may arise and provide advice to resolve creatively any emerging.
- Meets with requester to determine requirements of projects design elements.
- Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
- Provide Engineering /Architectural Solutions to achieve project development goals & objectives.
- Assists in preparation of design development drawings.
- Coordinate with the commercial team regarding the marketing material and commercial requirements.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
- Carry out technical specifications and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Architecture Engineering is Must (Government University Preferred).
- Experience of 7 to 10 years architectural design.
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Revit/3D Modelling, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
