Job Description:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, social media, SEO/SEM, email, and content marketing.
- Manage the company’s online presence including website updates, blog content, and landing page optimization.
- Analyze performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver engaging and effective digital assets.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring campaigns are effectively tracked and reported.
- Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts and grow engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (3-6 years) in a similar digital marketing role.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends and technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
