Job Description:


Identify potential buyers and build a strong client network.
Provide expert advice on property valuation, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Arrange property viewings and conduct negotiations between parties.
Prepare and review sales/lease agreements and legal documents.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote listings (digital & offline).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.



Job Requirements:



Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of the local property market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Valid real estate license/certification (if required in your region).
Proficiency in CRM software and property listing platforms.
