Job Description:

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural shop drawings.
• Review design drawings and ensure compliance with engineering standards and applicable codes.
• Coordinate with consultants and designers to approve technical drawings and details.
• Review architectural material submittals and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Oversee the selection, supply and installation of stone and ensure that all materials used, and work performed are as per specifications.
• Monitor the safe storage and handling of stones on site.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety matters.
• Prepare quantity survey for finished work and snag list.

Job Requirements:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or relevant field.
• 2-5years of experience in technical design, preferably with exposure to stone works.
• Excellent AutoCAD skills is a must, Revit is a plus.
• Solid understanding of project life cycle and contraction activities.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in MS office applications.
• Strong project management skills.
• Some experience project scheduling, resource levelling, and activity analysis.
• Ability to work independently and lead project deliverables through to completion.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
