Job Description:
 

• Ensure the effective implementation of company HSE procedures at the project site.
• Report all incidents promptly and support incident investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas, including company warehouses, to ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, examinations, incidents, and other relevant HSE documentation.
• Deliver HSE inductions for all new employees, ensuring they are familiar with site-specific safety practices and procedures.
• Lead daily toolbox talks to reinforce safety awareness and communicate job-specific risks to all employees before work begins.
• Prepare and submit HSE reports in line with Center Point's internal processes and Vodafone’s management requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the HSE Manager to support the ongoing improvement of the HSE Management System.

Job Requirements:

 

• Education: University students or Fresh graduates
   
• Experience: 0–2 year of experience in HSE or a related field; prior exposure to construction environments is a plus.
   
• Certifications:
• OSHA General Industry or Construction Safety Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Firefighting Training
