Job Description:
 

• Answering Guest emails and Messages 
• Arranging Guest tours and travels around the country
• Dealing and answering all questions related to our reservations to our front desk staff . 
• Connecting with our guests before arrival and make sure that everything is going right before and after the stay . 

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Computer literacy
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude
• An outgoing personality
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred
