Job Summary

Our client, a well-established chain of restaurants in Al Khobar, is currently looking to hire an Operations Manager.


Purpose of the Position:


Experienced in building and optimizing organizational processes, with a strategic mindset that translates plans into actionable solutions and measures performance against key operational goals. Proven track record of driving growth through process improvement, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and revenue expansion — achieving operational excellence and sustainable brand success in the food and beverage sector..


Main Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement a strategic expansion plan to reach 40 branches within two years according to a defined timeline.

- Develop and execute operational policies and procedures to manage the company’s full operations.

- Design an operational organizational structure that includes management levels (Regional Management– Supervision – Direct Operations).

- Establish comprehensive training standards and frameworks for all job levels.

- Directly supervise branch operations to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to brand standards.

- Prepare the operational budget for the operations department and branches, and monitor its implementation.

- Monitor costs and control operating expenses to achieve efficiency and profitability.

- Prepare regular operational reports (sales, quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency).

- Analyze operational data and utilize insights to support strategic decision making.


Work Experience:


Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, particularly in the food and beverage sector, including at least 5 years managing multi branch expansions.

Languages:


Fluency in English & Arabic languages

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Operations Management (MBA preferred).
