We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join the client team. The ideal candidate will handle calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction)
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

- Flexibility to work rotational shifts
