Job Description:
- Entering financial data and transactions into the ledger
- Preparing and managing general ledger entries
- Reconciling financial statements
- Filing income tax returns
- Entering financial data in deferrals, accruals, and reclassifications
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
- Reviewing cash deposits and preparing cash receipt journal entries
- Recording monthly and annual processes
- Posting journal entries in the accounting system
- Tracking fixed asset ledger
- Preparing balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
- Reporting any fluctuations and variances
- Working in compliance with government regulations.
- Adhering to accounting standards and regulations.
- Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts
- Analyzing financial data and providing financial recommendations
- Ensuring financial records comply with regulatory standards
- Preparing taxes or gathering tax documents
- to keep track of its financial transactions and to prepare financial report
Job Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
- Experience with ERP
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information is required.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting, or in a related specialization
- At least 5 years’ experience in general ledger accounting, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
