Job Summary


Our client, a multinational British catering company, is looking for an Executive Chef – Western Cuisine.
 

Responsibilities :
 

  • Plan, prepare, and supervise all Western cuisine dishes (steaks, burgers, pasta, sandwiches, etc.).
 
  • Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion size.
 
  • Develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
 
  • Ensure full compliance with Food Safety & Hygiene regulations.
 
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve skills and productivity.
 
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and waste control efficiently.
 
  • Work closely with management to optimize food cost and profitability.


 

Requirements :

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive or Head Chef in Western or international cuisine.
 
  • In-depth knowledge of sauces, grilling, and modern cooking techniques.
 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
 
  • Experience in American or Italian-style restaurants is highly desirable.
