Job Summary
Our client, a multinational British catering company, is looking for an Executive Chef – Western Cuisine.
Responsibilities :
- Plan, prepare, and supervise all Western cuisine dishes (steaks, burgers, pasta, sandwiches, etc.).
- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion size.
- Develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Ensure full compliance with Food Safety & Hygiene regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve skills and productivity.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and waste control efficiently.
- Work closely with management to optimize food cost and profitability.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive or Head Chef in Western or international cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of sauces, grilling, and modern cooking techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in American or Italian-style restaurants is highly desirable.
